Removal of Published Content Policy
iRASD Journal of Energy & Environment (iRASD-JEE) seeks to preserve the scholarly record and therefore does not remove published content except in exceptional circumstances.
Removal may be considered where content is unlawful, defamatory, infringes copyright, privacy, or other legal rights, where a court or regulatory order requires removal, or where the content poses an immediate and serious risk to public health or safety if acted upon.
Where content is removed, the journal will, wherever possible, retain the bibliographic metadata and replace the removed material with a statement explaining the reason for removal. Removal may be temporary or permanent, depending on the circumstances.
