Publication Ethics Policy

iRASD Journal of Energy & Environment (iRASD-JEE) is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and to handling research and publication misconduct in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The journal’s ethical policies and editorial practices are informed by the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and by recognized standards of responsible scholarly publishing.

Authors, reviewers, editors, editorial board members, and editorial staff are expected to uphold the principles of honesty, integrity, transparency, confidentiality, accountability, fairness, and respect throughout the submission, peer-review, editorial, and publication process.

Authors submitting to iRASD Journal of Energy & Environment (iRASD-JEE) are expected to ensure that:

• the submitted work is original and has not been published previously, in whole or in part, nor is it under consideration elsewhere
• the data, findings, interpretations, and conclusions presented in the manuscript are accurate, reliable, and honestly reported
• all sources, data, and relevant prior works are properly acknowledged and cited
• the manuscript does not infringe any copyright, intellectual property, or other legal rights of third parties
• all listed authors have made an appropriate scholarly contribution to the work and have approved the final version for submission
• any financial or non-financial competing interests relevant to the manuscript are disclosed appropriately
• where applicable, required ethical approvals, permissions, and informed consent have been obtained and reported
• the information provided in the manuscript, including names of individuals, institutions, organizations, and places, is accurate

The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, fabrication, falsification, duplicate or redundant publication, inappropriate authorship practices, citation manipulation, undisclosed competing interests, compromised peer review, or other forms of research and publication misconduct.

Where concerns arise in relation to a submitted or published work, the journal will assess the matter in accordance with its published policies and relevant ethical guidance. Where necessary, the journal may request clarification, supporting documentation, correction, or institutional input, and may take appropriate editorial action to protect the integrity and reliability of the scholarly record.

All parties involved in the publication process are expected to cooperate in the resolution of ethical concerns and to support responsible and ethical research communication.
