Complaint and Misconduct Policy

iRASD Journal of Finance (iRASD-JOF) welcomes complaints and concerns as part of its commitment to improving editorial processes and publication standards. Complaints are handled in a fair, respectful, and timely manner.

A complaint may relate to editorial process, delay, communication, publication ethics, peer review, or published content, provided that the matter falls within the journal’s editorial responsibility.

How to Submit a Complaint

Complaints may be submitted by email to: editor.jof@internationalrasd.org

All complaints will be acknowledged. Wherever possible, the matter will first be reviewed by the relevant editorial team members. If the issue cannot be resolved at that level, it will be referred to the Editor-in-Chief for further consideration.

The journal aims to provide a substantive response within two weeks where reasonably possible. If additional time is required, an interim response will be issued until the matter is resolved.

Investigation of Misconduct

Allegations of research or publication misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, unethical research conduct, duplicate publication, authorship disputes, undisclosed competing interests, or manipulation of the peer-review process, will be assessed in accordance with the journal’s policies and relevant COPE guidance.

The Editor-in-Chief, or a designated editorial representative, will review the available evidence and may request explanations, clarifications, supporting documentation, or institutional input where appropriate. Decisions will be made based on the seriousness of the concern, the available evidence, and the need to protect the integrity of the scholarly record.

Where necessary, the journal may take appropriate action, including correction, expression of concern, retraction, or other editorial measures.
