Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most significant factor in any organizations. The purpose of this research was conducted to explore the relationship between training, career planning and employee performance. The sample size was 420 and self-administered questionnaire was designed for public and private sector universities located in Punjab Pakistan. SPSS and smart PLS was used to carry out the statistical analysis of this research. Results of this research proved that career planning and training has a significant impact on employee performance.
