iRASD Journal of Management (JOM) is an international bi-annual double-blind peer-reviewed open access journal addressing the issues of Management published by the International Research Alliance for Sustainable Development (iRASD).

iRASD JOM aims to provide a valued platform for research on management-orientated themes and matters.
